Not sure about an OSI-connection? It’s the ‘Autobianchi Coupe Prototypo’. Made by Fiat’s Centro Stile and designed by Pio Manzu. It didn’t even have an engine so it truly was a “study”.

OSI built something just like it for Fiat/Autobianchi. Maybe they didn’t do that one. This one’s in a book of concepts I have somewhere.
